    SHINE REX910 portable X-ray diffractometer is designed for rapid on-site analysis. It performs X-ray diffraction on the sample and analyzes its diffraction pattern to obtain information such as the composition of the material, the structure or morphology of the atoms or molecules inside the material (full crystal phase ID information of the main components, secondary components and trace components of the material). It has the advantages of simple sample preparation, no pollution, fast, high measurement accuracy, and get a lot of information about the integrity of the crystal.


    SHINE REX910 has a compact design, easy operation and simple sample preparation. Even non-professional users can use it easily. The instrument is equipped with self-developed intelligent analysis software with a user-friendly interface, allowing users to easily analyze and manage data.     Bragg-Brentano Diffraction Geometry

    The instrument is equipped with Bragg-Brentano diffraction geometry (BB geometry), which can greatly improve the data quality and signal-to-noise ratio of the diffraction spectrum, making the trace phases in the sample clearly visible, such as quartz, Fe3O4, etc. it is particularly prominent in the analysis and testing of soil minerals and concrete materials.

    Wider angle range

    Compared with conventional portable XRD, SHINE REX910 has a wider angle range, can obtain more comprehensive crystal structure information of materials, provide more accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis, and achieve a deeper understanding of the material's microstructure.
